Shipping Information
Shipping is typically done via Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class service, and posted either the next day or the day of confirming that the items meet the customers approval via email correspondence after the order has been printed, washed, cured and then finally left to settle till the next day.
From making your order, unless told otherwise (due to large orders or a busy period), you can expect to see your order posted off to you after two-three days (one for manufacture it, the other for leaving to settle/approval, an extra day if ordered later in the day
Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class postage costs: £5.00 (at the time of writing)
However if you have a preference of courier, please feel free to enquire about it during the email correspondence when seeing the models for approval
International Orders will be checked on the day when sorting out the invoice for more accurate pricing.

Typically I post items as 500g small parcels, though for internation orders, unless it's a large order they tend to go as 250g small parcels.
Replacements/Returns Information
For any item which was delivered damaged, please message back to inform us about the situation, in which we'll do our best to rectify the situation, typically by offering to send a replacement print or offer solutions on how to fix it on the customer side.
If still unsatisfied, a refund will be offered and information on where to send back the items, if they are in good order they will be kept in storage for another order, if damaged then they will be disposed of.
For items which have been replaced, there is no need to send them back, as there is no method to reuse the material that has been cured for a completed model and damaged parts should only be destroyed or if feeling creative, could still be used for modelling purposes
